Description

This floor lamp features a refined modernist aesthetic, with a rosewood column crafted in a segmented, bamboo-inspired form that tapers gracefully from base to top. The proportions are elegant and elongated, expressing a restrained yet rhythmic craftsmanship.

The rosewood stem showcases beautiful grain patterns and rich coloration, while the weighted solid wood base ensures stability. Paired with a pleated lampshade, the lamp emits a soft, diffused light that evokes the calm and natural sensibility often associated with Scandinavian design.

Although the maker and designer are unknown, the overall form and proportions align closely with Danish or Nordic craftsmanship from the 1950s to 1970s. It also bears some resemblance to the Model 327 floor lamp designed by Esben Klint for Le Klint in 1955.
