Description

PP505 牛角椅是Wegner設計的短扶手椅中最優美的一張，它不像另外兩張一樣是木頭材質PP518/The Bull Chair那樣剛毅，或是PP58那樣實用樸素，它圓潤又不失線條的扶手和椅背兩片木板相接合處的橫條裝飾，讓它在造型和功能上都有很好的表現。


PP505 的扶手提供乘坐者舒適的放置手肘的功能，椅子拉至桌子邊時也不會佔據多太多的空間，更容易進出座位。在Wegner一系列將椅背以不同木色鑲嵌組合的作品中，PP505應該是最早的代表作品，這樣的設計不只讓椅背的膠合面積增加，大幅強化了接合結構的強度，也有很棒的裝飾性。

PP Møbler 於1990年代初期 Johannes Hansen 結束後接手生產。PP505新品的椅面有皮革和藤面可供選擇，木頭也有橡木、櫻桃木和梣木多種選擇。
