Description

木匠出身的設計師往往在設計中保留了手工榫接以及曲面變化的細節， Johannes Andersen也不例外。他的作品大量採用實木，即使是合板貼皮的餐桌或茶几也會在收邊及几腿部使用較多實木，以在收邊以及導角部分呈現出圓潤的效果，在結構方面特別注意木材相接的穩定度，對工藝水準的要求較高，而這樣的有機外表再搭配上丹麥設計師重視的人體工學，就成為Johannes Andersen作品的特徵。
這件名為Juliane的餐椅，最搶眼的部分應該是椅背中央與椅腦接合的T形結構，椅腦左右兩個組件不僅僅是水平的，從上視圖可以發現它們分別有極大的彎曲，提供了背部上方良好的貼合度；T形的垂直部分上寬下窄，與兩側連接處為曲線，一方面增加接合的強度，另方面也與整個椅子的曲線造型呼應。四隻椅腿延續有機風格，僅於中央連接椅框處膨起，呈現出紡錘形，椅框的後方連桿較低，由左右及前方椅框托起椅墊產生空隙，使整張椅子不致遲滯，更加靈動。
