Description

挪威的家具設計與北歐其他地區相比，更加注重實用性及工業量產，這使得挪威家具形成了獨特的風格。Sigurd Ressel 1970年設計的獵鷹椅（Falcon  Chair）是當時挪威家具設計的代表作之一。這款椅子的最初原型是以金屬製成椅腳，皮革座椅由金屬扣環與框架連接，提供了如同吊床般的懸浮感，這種設計在當時大受歡迎。

然而，由於金屬框架沉重且運輸不便，1974年，雷塞爾更新了設計，將原先的金屬椅腳替換為輕便的積層曲木，使獵鷹椅變得輕巧、且易於包裝與運輸。此舉大大拓展了市場接受度，尤其在美國、德國、日本等地，獵鷹椅的銷量隨即迅速增長。這款椅子的創新設計不僅具有出色的功能性，還展現了現代感和優雅的線條，成為挪威家具中的經典作品。
