Description

設計師Piet Hein

1940年四月，Piet Hein 開始以筆名Kumbel Kumbell在丹麥的Politiken日報中的At tænke sig(想一想)專欄撰寫智慧格言(Grooks)，很快的這些文字受到大眾的歡迎，並於隨後的數年集結成廿冊出版。1941年皇家哥本哈根瓷器廠開始製作一系列的超橢圓白瓷盤，尺寸是17X14公分，盤上印有Piet Hein的智慧格言，還有他所繪製的小插圖，這些瓷盤背後印有皇家哥本哈根瓷器廠的徽標、Piet Hein的名字以及生產年份和編號，成為眾人喜愛蒐集的裝飾品。
