這張又稱為"Z"chair的餐椅，獨特椅背延伸成為扶手再轉折向後腳的設計，是它別稱的由來，特殊設計可隨著坐姿傾斜的椅背，提供良好的背部支撐，是丹麥家具中很受歡迎的一款餐椅，生產超過40年。
在2010年Kai Kristiansen獲邀造訪宮崎椅子製作所後，原本已經停產的no.42授權日本宮崎椅子製作所重新生產製造。
