Fredericia的老闆兒子Thomas Graversen同時也是SE  exhibitions的主席，在1988年Thomas Graversen 開始與 Nanna Ditzel 合作，Tuba Chair就是在1988年合作The Ring Chair 和1989年的Bench for Two之後的 第三件作品。
此張辦公椅是Tuba高背椅的帶輪版本，同時也有生產沒有輪子的餐椅和扶手椅。
